PRICING AND FEES

How Service Works With Customized Events

​

  • Once YOLO…Let’s Travel is contacted, client is required to complete a very short intake form.

  • Responses will be reviewed within 48 business hours after they are received, afterwards contact will be made in 24 business hours to schedule an initial complimentary consultation to discuss the form as it relates to trip ideas.

  • Once client decides to hire my agency, a non-refundable service fee will be required before planning begins; once the fee is received via PayPal or Chase Zelle—simultaneously a service agreement contract will be drafted, and require signatures of me and the client—protecting both our interests; in addition to acceptance of the terms and conditions as stipulated on trip invoice.

  • Planning fees might vary, and are based on complexity of trip, duration of research, the number of trip participants, trip length of stay, etc. Fees are as follows, and are subject to change without advanced notice.

THE PLANNING FEE COVERS:

  • Time required to research—calls to vendors and suppliers for perfect fit and the  best bang for your buck

  • Bookings of lodging and flights (in most cases)

  • Handling all aspects of the trip; client simply packs and go

  • Recommendation and explanation of various types of travel insurance

  • Insurance waiver signed and obtained should client decide it’s not necessary

  • Proper documentation and detailed invoices, so you know when payments are due

  • Designing  personalized itineraries 

  • Before, during, and after travel professional contact

  • Contact lodging prior to arrival to ensure reservations are intact

  • Restaurant recommendations and reservations

  • Coordinating guided tours and excursion; and bookings

  • Passport , Visa, and TSA clarity

  • Transfer from airport to hotel

BASIC

PACKAGE

STARTS AT $250

Individual or

couples' booking

Simple and straight forward planning; excessive planning will bump to the intermediate package, and then premium package fee if necessary.

INTERMEDIATE

 PACKAGE

STARTS AT $300

Group of 3-5 individuals Simple to moderate planning, if planning becomes extensive an additional fee starting at $50pp will incur.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

STARTS AT $350

Group of 6-9 individuals

Moderate planning;  excessive planning will incur an additional charge per individual—starting at $55pp.

GOLD

PACKAGE

STARTS AT $450

Groups of 10 or more Moderate planning; comprehensive planning will require an additional charge per person—starting at $65pp.
